Kosovo Man Sets Record by Wearing 17 T-Shirts While Heading a Soccer Ball

Agim Agushi has added another unusual achievement to his collection of soccer-ball skills: putting on 17 T-shirts while continuously controlling the ball with his head. The 56-year-old soccer enthusiast from Kosovo completed the feat in an attempt recognized by Guinness World Records, according to UPI Odd News. During the challenge, the ball repeatedly bounced off his head as he put on the shirts one at a time. The performance improved Agushi’s previous record of 14 T-shirts for the same accomplishment. Guinness World Records shared footage of the attempt on social media on August 25, 2026. Agushi, who works as a high school math teacher and is a married father of two, said the number 17 had a personal meaning. He told Guinness World Records that the target was connected to February 17, identified in the report as Kosovo’s Independence Day. The T-shirt challenge is one of several soccer-related records associated with Agushi. Guinness World Records lists him as the record holder for removing 28 T-shirts while heading a soccer ball and for putting on and removing a T-shirt 164 times while controlling the ball with his head. He also shares a record with Bujar Ajeti for the longest time heading a soccer ball between two people: 34 minutes and 1 second.
